DDB Chicago Names Diane Jackson Chief Production Officer

By Erik Oster

DDB Chicago promoted Diane Jackson to chief production officer, effective immediately, LBB reported yesterday. Jackson previously served as director of integrated production and will continue to lead that department and report to DDB Chicago chief creative officer John Maxham.

Jackson originally arrived at DDB Chicago in 2000, producing work for brands including McDonald’s, Anheuser-Busch, JC Penney, Energizer and Exxon Mobil before departing to join Energy BBDO as senior vice president, director of integrated production in August of 2002. She spent four years with Energy BBDO before returning to DDB Chicago as executive vice president, director of integrated production.

“Not only has Diane been critical to sustaining DDB Chicago’s growth and profile in the industry, but she has also been formative in strategising for the entire network,” DDB Chicago president and CEO Paul Gunning told LBB. “Her influence will continue to permeate the company both locally and globally.”
