It appears that Jeff McClelland is moving from New York to Fort Lauderdale to take on the role of EVP, chief integration officer at Zimmerman. Spies on the tip line initially said that McClelland would be replacing CMO Michael Goldberg, who left Zimmerman a few weeks back, though obviously that is not the case (there’s no word on Golberg’s actual successor at this point).
You may remember McClelland from such agency stints as CEO at Cliff Freeman & Partners (for three years), senior partner, worldwide account director at Ogilvy during the bubble days and partner, group account director at Kirshenbaum in the mid-90s.
