Carmichael Lynch Promotes Germscheid to Partner

While we await some sort of news on a replacement for CCO Jim Nelson, who “parted ways” with Carmichael Lynch last month, the Minneapolis agency has announced that it’s promoted Joe Germscheid to director of consumer engagement, partner. Germscheid has been leading digital media planning and buying at CL ever since he joined the IPG-owned shop from Fallon back in 2009.

During his nearly four-year stint at Fallon, Germscheid–who’s also a certified fitness instructor in case you really wanted to know–served as interactive media director. Prior to that, he had a four-year stint, once again on the media side, at MRM Worldwide.
