A tipster sent us a little note this morning seeking our help to drum up votes for an NYC band called The Future, which is apparently comprised of folks from BBDO, BMB and Pulse Music who are trying to get a coveted opening slot at Kiss’s Darien Lake, NY show.
Since some members have names like A. Reevsey, Joey Jo Jo and Donny D, finding out some of The Future members’ true identities has been somewhat daunting–though we recognize one name, Eugene Fuller, who may or may not be the same copywriter Eugene Fuller who joined Mother last year.
Anyhow, it’s Friday and it’s a nice day so we figured we’d help them out. From what we hear on their GarageBand and MySpace pages, party rock seems to be an appropo label for The Future, who drop names like Lady GaGa, Bloodhound Gang and even Mike Patton in their description.
