Former Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney senior art director Vince Lagana is leaving the land Down Under for a senior creative role at Goodby, where he will be joining the ever-growing Chevy team and working alongside ECD’s Rick Condos and Hunter Hindman. Lagana starts this Monday but his exact title is yet to be determined, but from what we hear, he’ll be taking on a somewhat similar post.
Lagana spent 11 years at Saatchi and perhaps most notably picked up five Gold lions at Cannes and another three gold at the Spikes for the Toyota Country Australia Border Security campaign, which apparently was the agency’s most awarded campaign ever. Having basically spent his whole ad career at said agency, Lagana recently told Campaign Brief, “It’s a little hard to leave Saatchi after so many great years…But it’s time for me to pursue the next chapter in my career.”
