Arnold Names New EVP, Global Director, Business Strategy & Analytics, Corporate Strategy

Arnold Worldwide today announced the appointment of Nisha Dass as executive vice president, global director, business strategy & analytics, corporate strategy. In the role, Dass will be based out of Arnold’s Boston office, tasked with overseeing and growing the agency’s business strategy & analytics team. She will report to Arnold global president Pam Hamlin.

Dass arrives at Arnold from the Massy Group in Miami, a diversified conglomerate with five business units operating in ten countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, where she has served as senior vice president, group chief strategy and business development officer for the past three years. She helped shape the Massy Group’s corporate and business strategy unit while playing a significant role in new business development. Prior to the Massy Group, Dass spent over seven years with McKinsey & Company, arriving as a summer intern in 2004. She was named associate principal the next year, a title she held until leaving for the Massy Group in November of 2012. While with McKinsey, her focus was strategy, organization and transformational change, working with clients in countries including the U.S., U.K., Trinidad and Tobago, Qatar, South Africa, Nigeria, India, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Colombia and Jamaica. She has also held positions as communications specialist/project manager for Prism Services, Trinidad, associate consultant for Network Strategy Partners and network/systems engineer for Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago.
