AKQA Vet Jason Whiting Lands at Huge

By Kiran Aditham

The name Jason Whiting has made some appearances on this here site over the last few years, from the time he left AKQA in fall 2009 to his appointment as managing director of Schematic New York in early 2010.  Now, after spending almost two years at MDC as managing director at Skinny (now Vitro) and COO of Redscout, Whiting has moved on to a new gig with Brooklyn-based, IPG-owned Huge, where he now sits as managing director of client services. Whiting spent the majority of his ad career (nearly eight years) at AKQA, where he served as managing director of both the New York and D.C. offices.

Now at Huge, the agency’s newest MD will be joined by Meghan Henderson, most recently EVP/delivery, North America at Big Fuel. During her career, Henderson spent a decade at Ogilvy, last serving as a senior partner and working in various digital project management roles. She will now take on the role of VP of project management at Huge. Both Whiting and Henderson will be based out of the agency’s Brooklyn HQ.
