Wieden + Kennedy has promoted Susan Hoffman, a longtime stakeholder and creative leader, to serve as co-chief creative officer. Moving forward, she will lead the network’s global network alongside fellow CCO Colleen DeCourcy and chief operating officer Neil Christie.

Hoffman joined the agency its eighth employee in 1985 and immediately began working on its most iconic account, Nike. During the 30-plus years since, she has become one of the most admired and awarded creatives in advertising, working on campaigns that range from the sneaker giant’s 1987 “Revolution” spot (which famously sparked a lawsuit from the surviving Beatles) to the many faces of Old Spice.
