Droga5 has hired indie agency executive Maximilian Kislevitz as head of business development, replacing Sean Lackey who left in October to take on the new role of chief growth officer at McCann North America.

Kislevitz joins Droga5’s New York headquarters with 10-plus years of experience. Most recently, he was head of brand at Los Angeles independent agency Battery. Before that, he led award-winning creative work for clients like Netflix, Google, the NFL, P&G, Coors Light and Budweiser in positions at Grey, Anomaly and 72andSunny.
