Big Spaceship has expanded its leadership with the arrivals of Tim Ferris as head of analytics and Harry Garcia as executive design director.

Ferris will be tasked with growing the independent, Brooklyn-based digital agency’s data offering, utilizing analytics to uncover cultural insights to drive client marketing and product development. In the role, he will work closely with chief strategy officer Andrea Ring, who joined the agency from R/GA back in 2015.

Ferris also arrives at Big Spaceship from R/GA where he had served as director of marketing services since September 2014, led the network’s APAC-area analytics practice and worked with clients including Nike, Samsung, Google, MasterCard and Volvo.
