What were the chances that Coupons.com would surprise everyone and create cutting-edge, breakthrough spots in its inaugural TV campaign? Not great, apparently, because the first commercial's out and the client might want to let those Cannes entry fees earn one more year of interest. Still, this vignette, with a woman gorging on free supermarket samples (doesn't she know "there's a better way to save" with Coupons.com?), does have its charms. The shrieking baby gives a nice performance.
