Toyota Prius gets a sweater for the holidays

Millions of cars up and down the Eastern seaboard could use one of these right now—a holiday cozy like the one hand-knit for a Toyota Prius recently as part of the automaker's "Prius Projects" series. Check out action footage of the knitting in the video below. As holiday sweaters go, this one could be a lot uglier, frankly. But Toyota was going for "a beautiful winter-blue cozy, complete with handmade snowflakes and Prius badging." The knitting was done is Austin, Texas, but cars there won't have much use for it.
