Watching this Toyota spot, by Dentsu Tokyo, was like sitting through “Stairway to Heaven.” It would have been way better had it not taken up so much of my life trying to get someplace that wasn’t terribly satisfying anyway. Unless Toyota is now selling magic chairs, I don’t see how they will help me meet anyone. The fact that the couple in the ad met was due more to circumstance and revolving scenery than anything else.
