Sean Penn's new PSA to fight world hunger

The United Nations World Food Program unveiled this PSA during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, last week. It has a pretty effective visual going for it, plus it has Sean Penn. Always nice to see Spicoli getting work. But the ad's behind-the-scenes bonus video (below) almost ruins the mood by sanctimoniously reminding everyone how poor people suffer when the economy tanks. Yes, we know. That's why Penn's money-kicking is far more effective than some of the proselytizing behind it. Via Osocio.
