Purdue football isn’t chicken about CGM
Is this definitive evidence that consumer-generated media is the advertising sensation that’s sweepin’ the nation? The radio and TV advertising for Purdue University’s football team this year features voicemail messages left by fans for coach Joe Tiller at (866) I-LUV-COACH. The best way to listen to the messages, if you don’t live in Indiana, is to go to 866iluvcoach.com, which features all the messages that made the ads as well as those that didn’t. We’re assuming the one that says, “Hey coach, you’re 100 percent angel and 29 percent goblin,” did not make it on the air.
