Yikes! Murder is in the air lately, at least when it comes to outdoor advertising. First, from Venables, Bell & Partners, is a menacing, Psycho-like ad for Court TV [via Adland]. The ad, draped down the side of a building, features a collection of windows with silhouetted figures in them—including one who is about to meet his death via meat cleaver. Then there’s BBDO’s proposed promo for the new season of The Sopranos, with arms and legs (well-dressed, of course) of mob victims sticking out of the trunks of taxicabs.
