GM feeling grateful for Bluto-like Americans

General Motors douses its failure in pop culture, invoking such cultural luminaries as Popeye and Bluto from Animal House to reflect their own struggles, in this comeback ad from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Not having to bail them out again in another 20 years is all the thanks we need, really. And if they want to build a limited-edition Deathmobile, we'll take that, too.
