David Beckham, world's first spokescyborg

Becks

David Beckham, determined to be this generation's Marky Mark, will be shirtless in yet another ad campaign, this time for Motorola's Aura phone. The print ads, due later this month, "show an X-ray of the inner workings of half of the footballer's body" in a tribute to either classic Swiss watch design, Renaissance art or the Terminator movies. I like the Terminator comparison because Beckham keeps coming back long after I've gotten sick of him. But since he's shilling phones here, and not underwear, we might get by without comments from his wife this time.
