Big creepy people make the lottery more fun

You have to admire the range of Colle+McVoy's work for the Minnesota State Lottery. (You'll notice I said the range of work, not necessarily the work itself.) Since the year began, the agency has unleashed campaigns with game-playing hamsters, self-indulgent mega-millionaires and, in its latest salvo, a cackling giant who enjoys blowing confetti on players of the lottery's Casino and Puzzle Book games. He illustrates that the games are (sigh) "huge fun." Why doesn't the corporate drone in the office spot call security to remove the humongous freak from her cube? Maybe he's her supervisor.
