When it comes to the best cover versions of Chili’s “Baby Back Ribs” song, it’s a toss-up between Fat Bastard’s and Rhett Miller’s. Bastard delivers his brief rendition while eyeing Mini-Me at the end of this scene from the second Austin Powers movie. Miller, lead singer of the Old 97’s, recorded his own version for this Chili’s ad. In the video above, Miller agrees to play the song live, but only after making sure his fans won’t hate him in the morning.
