All you need is cash. Or the Rutles.

Rutles Now that Apple and the Beatles have settled their trademark dispute, it’s just a matter of time before we can buy Sgt. Pepper and the like at iTunes. I spent an hour this morning trying to access the iTunes Music Store, but it was down, or else exceedingly busy. Maybe the Beatlemaniacs were hogging all the bandwidth. I wasn’t going to buy any Beatles songs, I was just checking to see if the music of the Rutles (shown here), the Monty Python spin-off faux Fab Four, was available. Maybe they should bring a legal action against Apple for not infringing on their trademark. It would be such a Rutles thing to do. Hey, it was funny in 1978! Goo goo g’joob.
