You can’t say anything these days without someone making a T-shirt out of it. “This city will be chocolate at the end of the day,” Ray Nagin said of New Orleans recently. He later apologized for the comments, saying “everyone’s welcome” in his town. Too late. Now there’s a whole Web site selling Willy Nagin and the Chocolate Factory merchandise. It’s $20-$22 for the T-shirts, $15 for a cap and $2 for a bumper sticker.
