- The New York Knicks draft Kevin Knox with the ninth overall selection.
- The Cleveland Cavaliers choose Collin Sexton at No. 8.
- The Atlanta Hawks trade No. 5 pick Trae Young and a protected first-round pick in the 2019 NBA Draft to the Dallas Mavericks for No. 3 pick Luka Dončić.
